My Rewards Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
Coffee Island’s loyalty reward program (“Program”) is operated by «POUROVER CY LIMITED » ("CoffeeIsland", "we" or "us"), a company incorporated in Cyprus with company number ΗΕ356565 and VAT CY 10356565A , whose registered seat is at Nicosia( leoforos Strovolou nr. 254). The Program was created to recognize and reward our loyal C.I customers. The Program is a national program offered at all C.I stores in Cyprus. The Program is accessible through My Coffee Island (the “App”) and the www.coffeeisland.com.cy Website ( the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the C.I Loyalty Program
Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using this promotional program, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not participate in this program.
C.I Loyalty Program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18 . You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. You may not use our Program in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation. Legal entities are not permitted to enroll. Each Program member may have only one account linked to a unique email address.
Registration and Enrollment
To enroll in the C.I Loyalty Program, download the App from Google Play or the Apple Store, and follow the steps below. You will also have the option to enroll on the Site by following the steps below.

You can also sign up by logging in online with your credentials from certain third party account (e.g., Facebook or Google ) . You confirm that you are the owner of any such account and that you are entitled to disclose your account login information to us
When you enroll, regardless of method, you agree to (1) provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, and (2) maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information, or any other breach of security.
If any information you provide C.I is not accurate or complete, we may block you from enrolling in the Program, or we may cancel your membership in the Program. Each person may only have one Loyalty Program account. If C.I finds that you have created multiple Program accounts, we may cancel all of your accounts. Further, C.I may refuse to allow you to re-enroll in the C.I Loyalty Program.
The benefits that are available to you through the Program are based on the number of “Points" that you earn. You can receive Points through Eligible Purchases (defined below) and participation in other special programs and promotional offers (defined below) that may be announced by C.I or its third-party partners from time to time.
Eligible Purchases: Purchases of merchandise (after promotional offers have been applied, before taxes and shipping charges have been applied) made online.
Promotional Offers: Other special programs and promotional offers for earning Points may be made by Us, or third-party partners from time to time in our discretion. Such offers will also be subject to any additional terms set forth in the promotional offer.
You will earn Points based on the value of your purchase at the rate of ten (10) Points for each One Euro (€1.00) you spend. Points may be earned and awarded in fractional amounts depending on the value of your purchase. Points accumulated under the C.I Loyalty Program are promotional and have no cash value. There are no membership fees associated with the Program. Once verified, your points will be applied to your C.I Loyalty Program account. You can track your points by logging into your account history.
By accumulating 200 points in your account, you will earn one C.I “Leaf”. By accumulating five (5) Leafs, you will earn one (1) C.I “Flower”. For every Flower you earn, you will receive a free €5.00 promotional voucher code (“Coupon”), which can be redeemed only in total at one and only unique subsequent purchase made online. Coupons expire in one month. Once you earn a Coupon, you may start accumulating Flowers towards another Coupon. A Coupon may not be combined with any other offer, however, you may combine and redeem multiple Coupons to use at one time. If the amount of the purchase does not exceed the amount of the Coupon (5 €), the higher amount of the Coupon in relation to the amount of the purchase will be lost and it is not possible to redeem it at any subsequent online purchase. If after the redemption of a Coupon, the amount of the purchase does not exceed the minimum amount set for the execution of the orders (3,5 € for delivery services), the purchase amount should be revised to meet the above criterion.
Additional Program Terms
C.I reserves the right to terminate your C.I loyalty account and/or your participation in the Program if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. C.I may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel, or combine C.I loyalty accounts that appear to be duplicative, and may refuse to allow you to re-enroll in the loyalty Program. C.I reserves the right to terminate an C.I loyalty account if the account has been inactive for 18 months. Inactive means that no points have been earned.
C.I has the right at any time, with or without giving you prior notice, to:
If C.I ends the C.I Loyalty Program or C.I Rewards, Rewards you have earned but not used will expire on the date the C.I Loyalty Program ends or C.I Rewards are no longer offered. Earned but unredeemed Rewards shall be void after such date.
Impact of Returns on your Points
If you void a purchase or return your purchase, C.I will deduct the Points that you were awarded for that purchase from your account. If you have already redeemed those Points, this could potentially result in a negative Point balance in your account.
If you return merchandise that you purchased with your Coupons in accordance with the www.coffeeisland.com.cy return policy, you will be refunded the amount you paid (excluding the value of the Coupon and any other discounts) to the original method of payment. For example, if you placed an order totaling €7 for one item and used a €5 Coupon, we will refund €2 to your original method of payment. You will receive a replacement Coupon for returned merchandise.
To the extent permitted by law, we may amend these Terms at any time by posting updated or revised Terms and Conditions here. Please check frequently for any updates or revisions to these Terms. Unless otherwise indicated by us, any Amendments shall apply on the effective date of the Amendments. Your use of the Program after any such amendment or change in the Terms shall be deemed as your express acceptance to such amended/changed terms and you also agree to be bound by such changed/amended Terms.
Additionally, C.I may at any time, for any reason, and without notice or liability: (1) suspend or terminate operation of or access to the App or the Site or any portion thereof; (2) change, revise, or modify the App or the Site or any portion thereof; (3) interrupt the operation of the App or the Site or any portion thereof for maintenance and support; (4) impose limits on certain features and services, or restrict access to the App or the Site; and/or (5) terminate the authorization, rights, and license granted herein. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you herein shall terminate, and you must cease all use of the App and the Site.
Neither us nor our Stores shall be responsible to you for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under this agreement arising from any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, any force majeure events
Limitations of Liability
We have taken every care in the preparation of the Program. However, we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in relation to such content or for any technical problems you may experience with our Program. If we are informed of any inaccuracies on our Program we will attempt to correct this as soon as we reasonably can. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage which you or any third party may incur in connection with our Program and any website or App linked to our Program. This does not affect our liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law.
We will not be liable if, for any reason, our Program is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Translation of the terms
We may provide a translation of the Greek version of the Terms into other languages. You understand and agree that any translation of the Terms into other languages is only for your convenience and that the Greek version shall govern the terms of your relationship with C.I. Furthermore, if there are any inconsistencies between the Greek version of the Terms and its translated version, the Greek version of the Terms shall prevail over others.
