OFFICIAL RULES OF THE COMPETITION “My Coffee Island App (Oct. 2021)”

 

The company with the name “Pourover Cyprus Ltd” (hereinafter “Organizer” or “Administrator”) based in Nicosia (254 Strovolou Ave., 2048 Strovolos, Nicosia), gives the opportunity to 2 lucky individuals to win 2 big prizes through the competition “My Coffee Island App (Oct. 2021)”. By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to comply with these Formal Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the draw, as determined by the Administrator and his / her representatives, are final in all respects.

 

VALIDITY PERIOD

The validity period of the competition is defined from 00:01 of 10 September 2021 until 23:59 of 15 October 2021. The Administrator reserves the right to extend or shorten the period at its sole discretion.

 

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

Permanent residents of Cyprus, who have reached the age of 18 and have legal capacity, can participate in the competition. In case any minor (under 18 years old) wishes to take part in the Competition, the written consent of the parent or guardian of the minor must be provided. The employees of the companies, their relatives (first and second degree) and their spouses, as well as the Licensee of the Organizer are excluded from the competition. The Administrator has the right to verify the participation of each participant.

 

GIFTS

The following are defined as gifts:

One (1) SAMSUNG Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G 256 GB Smartphone, worth € 1149.00

Gifts are non-transferable. They may not be replaced, exchanged or redeemed. The Organizer will contact you by phone until 18:00 pm on October 20 in order to arrange the sending / delivery of the prize, provided that the winner declares that he accepts to provide his contact details (Name, Address, Postal Code, City, Contact Phone ) for sending the gift. In case the winner does not respond within the above deadline or refuses to receive the prize or refuses to provide the above data and information, then he will automatically and automatically lose the right to claim the prize.

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Each participant automatically enters the draw with each order placed through the “My Coffee Island” App. Each order is equivalent to one participation. A post will be on the Organizer’s Social Media with all the relevant instructions of the competition.

 

CHOICE OF WINNER

The names of the participants will be collected in a database on Wednesday 20/10/2021. The 2 winners will be selected by lot, through an automated program at random. The names of the winners will be announced via Instagram story on the Administrator’s Instagram account on the same day at 18:00.

 

EXEMPTION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Administrator is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the bidding or conduct of the lottery, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or publication in these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner or the distribution of any prize. By participating in the draw, each entrant acknowledges that the Administrator and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their participation in the competition and acceptance, use or misuse of the gift. The Administrator does not warrant, explicitly or implicitly, the status, suitability or marketability of the gift. The Administrator disclaims any responsibility for damage to any electronic medium resulting from accessing or receiving information or materials related to the draw. Participation in this action means unconditional acceptance of these terms of participation in their entirety. Participants acknowledge and unreservedly acknowledge that the services provided by the Organizer may be affected or temporarily suspended due to network problems. In general, participation in the lottery may be subject to changes or interruptions that are entirely dependent on the capabilities of both the social networking site in question and the existing technology on which they are based and which are beyond the control and responsibility of the Organizer who is not liable for all of the above reasons.

JURISDICTION
The competition and its official rules are governed by Cypriot law and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
